Life on a boat

What to expect

Shared space

• Living on a sailboat means cozy, shared spaces.
• Cabins are small but comfortable — pack light and bring soft luggage.
• Respect and care for each other’s personal space make all the difference.

Water

Fresh water is limited on board, so we use it mindfully.
• Quick, eco-friendly showers are the way to go — and many love rinsing off in the sea!
Toilets & Sea Life
• Marine toilets are a bit different — no worries, we’ll show you how they work.
• We’ll all learn a few boat basics together. It’s part of the fun!

Movement and sea leg

• The boat may rock, especially while sailing.
• Bring motion sickness bands or natural remedies if you’re sensitive.
• Barefoot is best on deck!

Simple living, deep connection

• Life on board is slow, natural, and deeply grounding.
• We’ll share meals, laughs, sunrises, and starry skies.
• Expect connection — with the sea, yourself, and your travel companions.

Team spirit

• We’re all part of the crew — a little help with daily tasks keeps the vibe flowing.
• Kindness, flexibility, and a sense of humor go a long way.

Unplug and tune-in

• Internet connection is limited — and that’s a gift.
• Let this be a digital detox: more presence, less screen time.
